I sold an item on ebay and I decided to print out (and pay for) a shipping label and ship the item. When I went to the post office, they told me the weight was wrong and that I'll need a new label. I came home and made (and paid for) a new label with the correct weight, brought it back, and the item was shipped. Now on Ebay's end, I can't void the original label I paid for with the wrong weight. I read the FAQs and understand them, but they tell me there will be a "more options" button and then a "void label" button...but I see neither (check attached screenshot). I've yet to pay for anything on my end, so not sure I can technically get a refund, but I guess ebay will bill me? Either way, I should only have to pay for 1 label, the correct label that was used. How do I make sure this incorrect label is voided and that I don't get charged for 2 labels? For reference, at this point in time, it has been less than 24 hours, let alone 5 days, but I'm afraid too much time will pass and I'll be out of luck...so some swift help would be appreciated.

PUT YOUR MIND AT EASE
If you have ever shipped anything by FedEx you know that you do not get charged UNTIL the label is actually scanned by FedEx.
Same thing with the eBay international label you chose. You will NOT be charged if the label s never scanned by the post office. There is no need to void it because, until it is scanned, you will never be charged,.

Thank you for the quick response, but I've already been on that page. That's the page where I got my screenshot. Here's another screenshot I just took now.

Oh. Are you sure that "Reprint" option isn't part of a drop-down menu?

Yes. I have clicked everywhere and there is no drop-down menu there. "Reprint" is purely a link to https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/reprint?shipmentid=INSERT_ID_HERE
When I follow that link I get a page with a link titled "cancel this shipping label", but when pressed I get an error page (https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/new_label)...I've tried this on multiple browsers (chrome, firefox, edge) including my phone and its mobile browser with the same results every time.

One more item:
When you initially go to print your label near the bottom is a link that states where the funding is coming from. Notice that it says that you will not be charged until the label is used (not sure of the exact verbiage). I had the same problem in the beginning so that is what I found.

I guess I overlooked that fine print. I had sold other things with normal USPS stuff, but never FedEx or Ebay International, so this was new to me. I expected the same thing as with the other labels I've done, but as you said, there isn't any need to worry. Thank you for putting my mind at ease!

Hi, I am having the exact same problem, and my unusable label was $57, so I'm kind of worried. I've had to void labels in the past (mistakes happen) and I've never had an issue. Here's the weird thing: I have a recent domestic shipment, and it DOES have an option to void the label. But neither the correct nor incorrect international label does. They do have the "more options" link, but the only option is to print another label.
Normally, I believe that the label cost is immediately deducted from my Paypal account as soon as I buy it. Yet, I see that neither of these international labels has been charged to my account, just as one responder has claimed. Weird. Maybe it has to do with this new international shipping service ebay is providing. It reminds me of their Global Shipping program, which I have always avoided. If Paypal doesn't deduct the cost of a shipping label until it gets scanned, then what is the point of voiding labels to get a refund?

You are usually charged for a label when you print it. The exception is for Fedex and for eBay international standard delivery labels. Those are not paid for on Paypal. They are added on to your eBay invoice AFTER they have been scanned.
