Option to print labels is greyed out

I see this problem was posted by someone else n June 14th. I've printed labels since then but today it is greyed out so I can't print. Is anyone else having this problem?

After an online chat with technical assistance, I solved my own problem. 

I received my payout today which left a $0 balance in my account. I thought I was set up for it to charge my CC if there were not funds available, but apparently not. Once I switched the payment method to my paypal account, the button turned blue and I got my label. DUH. 

I've been selling steady for 24 years and this is the first time I've had this problem. We learn something new all the time.
