Open Case

Greetings, this is the number of a case that I have opened 500000600.
the decision was to return an item to the seller but for this I entered a Label that supplied Ebay and with that information the post office made the corresponding return the problem is that I do not understand because there is a status on the USPS page that indicates that it could not be delivered the article because the address is erroneous if I inprimí the information provided by Ebay, which I understand was given by the seller. I need to know what I should do now? Any help will be very useful.

Unless I'm mistaken the case number really does us no good since we are members just like yourself and do not have access to the details of the case. This is a member to member discussion board.

If I understand you correctly, the USPS has stated that they cannot deliver the item because of an error in the mailing address you used in sending the shipment.  However, you state that the address that you used was furnished by eBay in the form of a return shipping label.  Unless eBay has somehow screwed up, I would think that it is some sort of USPS snafu.  I would double check with them and eBay.
