Problem! "We nolonger have ability to view buyers email address to send PDF"

A JPG is not working for the postal service and pdf is required.

What is a workable solution "other than quitting EBAY after 20 years"?

EBAY changes do not seem to be thought out well as we sellers lose more and more with each change.

1) The automatic approval of returns gets customers money back but by my giving free shipping I'm out my shipping fee's on every return! My products ship direct from distributor ro the customer, and returns follow same path!

Turn on RMA, then upload your PDF into the return.

Wouldn't that make you a drop shipper? I thought that was a no-no on eBay.

Drop shipping is allowed in the US. I know certain other countries ebay does not allow it though. But as long as you are actually dropping from an actual wholesaler, you are good.
