item number is 291844038884
I purchased a note 5 from sangvbui in August 2016. It is not connecting to TMobile carrier now. I have been informed by TMobile customer people that it is locked at account level yesterday evening onward. As per my seller's message, my note 5 has one year warranty.
I tried sangvbui but he is not responding.
How could I contact him? When I am trying to search my item number on ebay account I can't even find it listed. What shall I do now?

Was this a new phone? If you bought a second hand phone from an Ebay seller there was NO warranty - at least not from the seller here. Maybe Samsung had a warranty on it. It has also been too long since you bought it on Ebay to return it for a refund and past the Paypal deadline for returns. You might consider going to T-Mobile and buying a new phone and using the old one for trade in value (if you can do that - I have AT&T and do that with all mine).

Find out if your seller sold you an IMEI that is EIP blocked because of an outstanding balance that has not been paid off. Check your IMEI here:
