Not receiving a return

I had a buyer who received an album delivery on Sept.28th. Claimed it was warped beyond play. It was sent out in perfect condition. He requested a return on Oct.2. I approved return on Oct.2 and sent a return label. He hasn't sent album back. Now I'm out the money on the sale, being held by Paypal, and the amount for the reurn label and no album. Now what?

How long do you offer returns for? If after 30 days goes by then contact ebay and open a case on the buyer. The buyer might be trying to pull a fast one. Contact ebay and open a case is the only protection you have. Good luck

Its after 5 days in which the buyer is required to return the item. If the tracking shows nothing, I would call up and have eBay close the return case in your favor. The case will close automatically in 30 days, but why wait if you can get it closed now?
