So, I sold an electronic worth about $125 to a buyer in Florida from myself in California. So, no problem I thought, Let me go pack the box and put the label on and all, i've done it a billion times before, and I've never had an issue.
So... I Created the label on October 4th, shipped about an hour later, so it made it's way to Miami FL Post office, great, he'll get it soon, right? Well, that was on the 6th. It's now the 11th, and so...

Out for Delivery
Is it just me, or **bleep**? It went back to the post office after going out for delivery?

Arrived at Post Office
And so the last update I have on tracking is
October 7, 2017, 12:08 am
Delivery status not updated
"
The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. The delivery status for this item has not been updated as of October 7, 2017, 12:08 am."
So, I'm not sure what to do! I've never had this happen before! I told the buyer that they said it is delayed, and that It's not in my hands any more :(.
What should I do to solve this and help the buyer get their box?
Thanks.
Edit: Also, According to the USPS's website "Intercept is not available".

Where in FL? Just the city, not the address.
There are a lot of people there still affected by weather that may not have a way to get mail delivered.
Miami is a hub for mail forwarders that ship to the Islands. There may be significant delays in that process also.
