Not Receiving QR Code emails?

Is anyone else having issues with not receiving QR code emails when using eBay labels this morning???

I haven't generated any QR codes today, but I can offer a solution to retrieve your code in the absence of the email.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

What was really strange on the second item I needed a label for I printed instead of requesting a QR code and then I get an email for that item vs the one I initially wanted the QR code. I contacted eBay customer service, and the rep was very helpful and emailed me the QR code for the package I requested it for.  She said she reported the issue.

Make sure the email you received goes to the correct order @a_la_vintage . It's possible the one you got was for the first one, not the second one.

There are a lot of issues with emails this morning. Seems like most of them are operating on a delay.

I also had problems with the QR codes not being emailed to me. Only one of the four packages I have to ship today went through. I am on the phone with customer support now. She is manually emailing the QR codes to me for the three remaining.

Hi @lilashome216 please read my first reply above that tells you how you can download the QR code without having to contact customer service and save the info in case you ever need it in the future. 🙂
