No shipping label for a return request

I recently returned an item (I recieved the wrong item) and the return was automatically approved. Ebay says that the return has been completed. In paypal, the money is on the way back to my account from my paypal wallet. Yet, I was never prompted to print a return label. Does the seller not want the item back?

The seller has options like approve return shipping with postage label, partial refund buyer, or give a full refund. Some times it is just easier to give refund back to the buyer and buyer keeps the item. Then person can re-buy the item again if so inclined since wrong item sent.  Always more than 1 way to skin the cat
