The seller did not provide you a return label, @lazuli904. This is a well-known ploy, clicking the option on the upload page to claim using a fake tracking number that a return label has already been sent by email to the buyer.
It is one of the most delightful ploys to defeat. Send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay at Facebook or Twitter and ask to escalate the return because the seller has not uploaded, emailed, or enclosed a return label in the original shipment. Allow about a day for action, as they are swamped.
No option to print return shipping label.
