No option to cancel a return in the Resource Centre

I requested a return on the wrong item yesterday and wish to cancel it. Apparently if I go to the RC and select the appropriate transaction, I can view the return details and click on a "Cancel this request" link.

Big problem.. There is no such link. 

What now? Advice please.

You can cancel from "view order details"

Bizarre. The cancel request option did not appear anywhere (I also checked using other devices).  When I started a return request on another item, it showed the cancel option correctly. THEN, when I went back to the first item, the cancel option was there! Quickly, sign me in to the asylum.

The end result is that it's now all working as it should be. Thanks for your help.
