No Receipt printed with shipping label

2024 UPDATE:  I too used to be able to print shipping receipt on same page with shipping label.  It was automatically populated with the shipping label.  That has disappeared.  I went through the steps to "change" and click on box to add "receipt and instructions".  The box is checked (and always has been) but still no receipt.  Called Ebay customer service and as usual clueless as to fixing this problem.

This problem arose about 6 weeks ago and eBay fixed it pretty quickly. Hopefully this is just a temporary problem.

Just to confirm @olivias_clozette , in addition to having that box checked do you also have the 8x11 label size selected and are you using single labels, not bulk?
