This has happened twice now. On first occurrence I was able to remedy situation by calling eBay. Attendant confirmed that my settings were all correct but didn't know why I didn't receive a QR code or shipping label after paying for shipping. I said a multi billion dollar company like eBay should be able to afford better programmers. Second time it happened, I couldn't get a live attendant and this issue cannot be resolved by visiting their help links because it's not a usual or expected situation so I have a charge for a $10.27 label on PayPal that was never used because post office cannot print out a label by the tracking number. When I call eBay after hours, they're sure to add that I've reached them after hours as if they answer their phone during normal business hours! Now I don't mess with buying labels. I just take packages to post office and pay them directly.

Have you tried the reprint option @neosa-10

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

To void a USPS shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided USPS label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

Printed eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable and cannot be voided.

UPS labels and FedEx labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.
