Instructions here to print (or reprint) a QR code for shipping labels:

If you already purchased the shipping label and did not preselect QR code format @siouxblood3 then it's too late. Once the label is generated you cannot switch format from printable to QR code.

You can find a way to print that label, or you can cancel that label (takes a few weeks for the refund to hit your account), and purchase a new label - this time selecting QR code format before hitting the purchase button.

First, you need to cancel the label you don't want.    Go to ORDERS, SHIPPING LABEL (select CANCEL).   USPS will credit your account for unused label (takes a couple of weeks).

Before you print a new label be sure to click on QR code (instead of printed label).

I bought the shipping label without QR code, print only and need to know if I can change it to get the QR code or where I could go to to have it printed off my phone if I can’t. It says I can’t cancel shipping label, I don’t know if that’s because I canceled the order and it also cancels the shipping label, not sure let me know please. I can find the shipping label but didn’t get the QR code. The usps said they need QR code.
