A Buyer contacted me after paying and asked to have shipped to a different address. He seems to be a newer buyer with a feedback of less than 25. I do not feel go about it. Would I be coved if I shipped to the other address? What do I do?

Never ship to a different address. You are not covered.
Cancel due to addy and put them on your blocked bidders list.

Tell them you can not change the address. If it is because they moved then ask if they filed a forwarding address. If it is a gift they will have to resend it themselves.

I feel the most professional thing to do is to let them know that you can only send to the address that they used when they purchased the item, and then ask if they still want the item. If they do, and they still want it sent to a different address, cancel the transaction as problem with the address and have the buyer repurchase the item once they have updated their shipping address on file.
Like other posters have stated, if they ask for an address change in a message, you will lose all protections.
Best of luck!

You have zero protection if you don't send to the address on file.
I would cancel for a problem with address.
I don't know why legitimate buyers ask this. They can change their address before they buy.
If they buy knowing the address is wrong and ask the seller after paying, it's a red flag in my opinion.
I would also tell the buyer to try again when they update their address on file.
Of course, if you like like (edit) adding risk go ahead and ship and if they file an item not received claim, you will be unable to show that you shipped to the address on file and lose the money and the item.
