Was there an announcement that I missed? In the Spring Seller Update, we were promised a new version of the shipping rate tables, and it seems to be up and running.
We can set up multiple tables with specific shipping costs to specific states, and many states are split up into several sub-regions (even my own tiny state). This is a great tool for sellers who want to offer Free shipping for some states but not for others. Look what I made!
