Just received an email that the default shipping rates are going into effect, and will show eBay label discount shipping rates to the buyer. I do not inflate shipping rates, and frequently refund excess charges. Since eBay takes their % off shipping as well as the item, any overage in the past would cover that %. Not on FedEx and UPS, but on USPS. The message says I can opt out, so would everyone tell me if what I am thinking here is true? I won’t bother calling, I know I would never get an understandable answer.
