Hello, in summer I bought Iphone 6 from grow2top. After about 4 months the phone turned off and doesn't turn on. I have 12 months warranty from seller. I wrote to him, he said to send a phone to him, he will repair or send my new phone. I asked about sending, because when I was buying phone I was in England, now I moved to Lithuania. He said to send phone for him by 2nd cheaper shipping. I wrote to him that in Lithuania, where I now live we don't have any 2nd class shipping. He said to send him by cheaper shipping. I send phone. He said that he can't repair my phone, adn will send my new. I said ok. He send the phone to old address, but I dont have any hosts contacts or something... What to do now? I said that I live in Lithuania now...

IF you shipped the phone back to the seller with tracking and you have online proof of delivery, file a dispute with paypal and upload the tracking. if you did not have tracking, then hopefully you paid with a credit card because a chargeback is your only option.

Did you give him your new address BEFORE he sent a new phone to you? If not, you do not have a chance of getting the phone. If you paid with a credit card, contact the card company. If not, you cannot get a refund.
