Hi all, I just received a return request and was surprised the shipment took just a few days when it usually takes more than a week for US shipment to reach our return address.
When I checked the record in the eBay system, the system reflected an entirely different address from the one we provided.
We tried to get eBay to step in but there is no option for us to choose.
The buyer simply sent to another USA address and drafted a separate unsigned document stating that the item was intended for our address.
How can we reach eBay for help?
