New International Shipping Program (not old GSP) - tracking #'s not much good (?)

I have succumbed the last month and sent 6 or 8 parcels through eBay's 'New" International Shipping Program (not the long-time Global Shipping Program -- this is the one where eBay tested it with some sellers in 2019 and rolled it out in 2020).   So far only one of mine has been delivered (South Korea).

All of the tracking #'s generated for the journeys overseas have started with "ES."  Took a lot of work, but I figured out I can track those here http://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/easyship

Today's problem is a parcel for my buyer in Dubai (UAE). The "EasyShip" tracking says they tried to deliver it to her and left her written notice to pick it up at a certain post office in Dubai.  I don't believe that because it showed delivered to post office at 8:50 am and then delivery attempted 40 minutes away at 9:15 AM. Buyer insists she got no notice.    Easyship tracking says she needs to pick it up at said Post Office (which she took 90 minutes to try to do yesterday) and they tell her they cannot help her with only the EasyShip tracking #.

I have called customer service and this program is so new that I have not encountered the right rep yet. I'm quickly typing out this query/post  because I don't have time to call CS again right now and I'm taking the long-shot chance that one of you reading this will somehow be experienced with extracting an Emirates Post tracking # (or at least one Emirates Post can make sense of) from one of these new-fangled International Shipping Program "ES" tracking #'s....

THANKS is advance if anyone can help :/.

I'm going to answer my own question in case someone else searches this issue and is having the same problem.

With the "new" eBay International (economy?) Shipping Program, your tracking number is likely to start with ES and be an "EasyShip" tracking #. BUT-- when you go to EasyShip tracking and put in your number and then view your (lengthy) tracking results, you can find on the very right and VERY far down the page "other tracking numbers" associated with this shipment. You have to plug a few in to your destination country's postal service website, but one of the "other" tracking numbers should work there and you should be able to tell your buyer how to track it and/or communicate with their local PO or local courier company about it in their own country.
