Never recived my package

I never received my AirPods and then the merchant closed his eBay account. I did report it but since I received 1 AirPods from 1 of the other merchant, I had cancel both dispute  by mistake, now, I can't get in touch with eBay to open this dispute back.

You can't reopen a case once closed. If you paid be paypal, you can file a case with them. Or if by credit/debit card, contact your card company to file.
