Need to correct a shipping label (not printed) it has wrong weight.

I sold an item and the weight on the label will be wrong, I have not printed the label.  The buyer was charged the correct amount that should be okay to cover the cost, but I need to change the weight says less then a pound and it should be for 5 pds.  The label will be for UPS.

Just generate another one. There is no need to void a UPS label as you are not charged until used anyway.

You cannot "change" the weight on a label...you need to make a new one.

I dont understand your statement

if you have not printed the label then just change the weight

if you have printed the label then go to your item page and print another label

all you need to do is to print a label for 5 pounds,you can put in any numbers you like
