Need some help with delivery

Hello everyone.

I need some help figuring out what the delivery tabs mean, if someone wouldn't mind helping me out I would be very grateful.

I live in France and I am french, hence I am having some  trouble deciphering what this all means.

Does this mean my package has arrived? That it isn't there yet? That I've waited too long and that it's been sent back?? Please help me!

It looks like you were supposed to pick it up November 17th at the post office. 

You should call your post office and ask if it has been sent back.
