A seller was very rude to me after my item was delivered and I want a refund. I requested a refund and they closed it. Is there anything else I can do?

If the seller has a No Returns policy, and you selected a buyer's remorse reason (changed mind/didn't fit/don't like it/found it cheaper elsewhere) then the seller can decline the return.
