Need help on "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility"

Would like some help please.

By this "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility NASHVILLE, TN 37230", what does it mean?

Does it mean its current location is in Nashville?

Could there be a mistake in scanning, for example, parcel is in fact in LA, but scanning puts it at Nashville?

Please help.

That means the item was hand delivered to someone. Is it suppose to go to Louisiana? 

If it is a scan error there will be more info on it as it moves through the network.

The parcel originated from somewhere in Tennessee. Supposed to be delivered to Portland. But final destination shows it is back to Tennessee. Correct?

Did you re-use a shipping box, a previous label attached to the box can cause it to get re-routed to a previous destination on label and mistakenly get delivered to the wrong addressee.

I have no idea. I am the buyer. Hmm it does make sense. So it is in Nashville now yes? From what is shown. Anyone working in USPS can affirm this?

Your item is most likely gone and you are going to have to open an INR claim.

If the zip code doesnt match the one on the shipping address on the order then you should win.

You will most likely need to contact eBay customer service and explain that because it might close against you because it's in "Delivered" status.

Maybe the seller requested the post office to intercept the package and return it to them.  I am just throwing this out there as a possibility.  I never did an intercept so I do not know if it shows up as part of the tracking history.

I am having the same issue with an item that I just sold.  Except the tracking on this item is stating "Delivered-Individual Picked up at USPS" in Oklahoma City. T he buyer is upset because they did not pick it up either and they are requesting a refund from me. I am hoping this is just an error and its still going to arrive, but maybe this is a more wide spread situation that just happened?

That is what I am worrying about. He did say it was hard actually to part with that collectors' item.

Was the package delivered from Oklahoma City? I am most probably gonna do the same, asking for a refund or eBay to step in.

I certainly hope so, that it is just a mistake. However, systems never lie. The last part were always where the items I bought supposed to be. This time it is far off. Furthermore, suspiciously back to where it originated from.

Just to update on the situation, got bad news.

Opened a dispute to eBay, and seller (stashville) used the scam card, calling me a scam. Ebay sided with him. This is very disappointing and heartbroken when it is proven on USPS system that the item returned back to Nashville (seller's location), and picked up by him.

Gone are my money (747.13 usd of it!). And seller got his item back (2023 Topps Star Wars NYCC Exclusive Packs Han Solo Foil Fractor 1/1).

Truly, truly, upsetting. This may very well be the last time I use eBay. And hope seller will get his karma.

Did you actually go to the post office and ask them to check the internal tracking in regards to the package's whereabouts?
