Need Airway Bill Number (AWB)

Hiii ... I'm from Indonesia , i need some help about getting AWB number. January 13th i bought an ice cream maker on ebay, the seller from USA. I see in tracking history the shipping didn't have problem at all until it arrived at Bandung. When i saw the status of the shipping it said the shipment exception - holding by FedEx because recipient not in FedEx service area. So i contacted FedEx office in Bandung to check my package, the officer said that i must know the AWB number of the package in order to check it in FedEx office. So i try to search in all details of transaction but i can't find what i'm looking for. Can somebody help me solve this problem???

The seller didn't know at all about that it seems that the seller didn't understand what i am asking. He just said it already contain tracking number on tracking history but none of them is FedEx AWB number

Well only the seller would have that information. It wouldn’t be found anywhere on eBay. Was this a global shipping transaction by any chance?

How do you figure only the seller would have that information? FedEx is the one that assigned a new number. Not the seller.
