Hi everyone 

     Before 8 months I ordered two things one phone and second mobile display now the 9th month is going on i did not receive my item and also did not receive my money back EBAY IS A THIEF BIG THIEF you all can check screen shot as well i have uploaded

Good morning/evening (whichever it may be) - eBay is not the thief, it is/was the two (2) sellers that you purchased from.  eBay is just the platform that allows Sellers to list/sell items.  eBay has a policy in place to assist buyers should something goes wrong with the purchase and the buyer/seller cannot agree on as to how to settle it.  That timeframe is 30 days after the expected delivery date.  If the items were indeed purchased nine (9) months ago, eBay cannot assist you and perhaps even  PayPal.  PayPal timeframe is six (6) months.  If you paid for both items with your credit card, contact the company and file a chargeback with them, who will contact PayPal on your behalf and get you your refund from each Seller.

Yes, you are out of luck as postingid2017 said above in regards to eBay and PayPal, your only recourse is through your credit card if that is how you paid.

I noticed that both sellers have terrible feedback, always look at the comments left for the sellers before buying from them. Click on the number behind their username in (parentheses) and then click on their recent feedback ratings, look at the negative comments. 

It seems both your sellers have negative feedback for fake/defective products or items not received, this would have been a red flag to help you find a better seller. 

I hope you get your money back and sorry this happened to you, most sellers here are good, honest people, you just have to do your homework and be diligent about delivery.

Thanks for reply @princess_phones - I was not exactly sure how PayPal would assist but I have read threads here that went beyond the six (6) months for a chargeback timeframe.
