Go to your purchase history page and check to see what the estimated delivery date is. If the order shipped and the seller chose to use tracking, you'll find tracking on that page.

If it's a week or more after the estimated delivery date you can contact the seller to ask them about the shipment, and you have up to 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an item not received claim.

It said today was the ESTIMATED delivery date.

There should be a tracking number on the order for the item you purchased... check that... you can do it right on Ebay! It will show the progress of your shipment, and you can even go to the shipping carrier website (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and get even more updated info when you plug the tracking number directly there!

2 things you said make me believe you are talking about a car or vehicle that you paid with eBay gift cards that you think is going to be delivered to you - the part about "they said" and they have your e-mail address. Usual buyers and sellers don't have each others email addresses and they don't communicate about when it will be delivered.

If it is about a vehicle that you bought with gift cards, I'm sorry to say that you have been scammed. If you found the ad on facebook marketplace or craigs list and told you eBay would handle the sale, they lied to you. Your money is gone and there is no vehicle. If you look back to the original ad and call them, keep in mind you are talking with the scammer. Don't send them any more money if they tell you they need more money for insurance.
