My listing shows 9.20 shipping and the buyers view is double that ammount.

I didn't see anyway to rectify this, so I cancelled the order and relisted at higher price with free shipping.

When you set up a listing with calculated shipping, the listing will automatically show the correct postage cost to ship from your ZIP Code to the ZIP Code of any member who looks at your listing. When you look at your own listing, you see the postage cost to ship to a buyer in your own ZIP Code.

That cost of $9.20 is the (retail) postage cost to ship a 4-pound package to Zones 1 & 2.  A buyer who lives in your Zone 6 will see a cost of $17.25 and a buyer in Zone 7 will see $20.80, etc.  That's the whole purpose of using calculated shipping.

You should have come here before relisting with free shipping... you may lose on this one.

Experience is something you get just after you need it, no?
