My item not arrived

I have some problem my order an item when 29 oct and arrived 17nov but even now I don’t see them I reported to eBay but they don’t want to cooperate to find it out, they just sent a email in 2 day if they don’t find it out, they will be return money to me but now 21 nov I don’t see them don’t care anything about me
