I bought and paid for the item, but the seller did not ship. I gave him feedback on our transaction. Today I saw that my feedback is not visible. It does not affect its rating.

Why could this be?

This is probably negative feedback given to seller in China...

They typically select enormous handling time for the item delivery and therefor the delivery estimate reaches 60 days or longer. The eBay novelty is that if you select the negative for undelivered item before the end of delivery estimate, then eBay would not switch his negative feedback on! Just empty shot negative does not appear! Funny, but I were faced to that some few days ago.
