My dashboard does not show my active and sold and I cannot find anywhere to print shipping label

I was on vacation, and for some reason my summary has changed and I cannot see my active and sold items. I did sell something, and I cannot find anywhere to print a shipping label like I have always done. This is very frustrating, does anyone know what is going on?

Did you turn your vacation mode off? Maybe that could be why but that is odd. I think mine still showed my sales when mine was turned on. Are you positive you had a sale? Could be a glitch maybe? You can go to Paypal though and print a label then just upload the tracking to Ebay. Also did you extend your handling times when you turned vacation mode on? Apparently you will receive a late shipment mark if you don't extend your handling times on every listing to reflect how long you will be gone, even though for TRS+ this would negate the 1 business day handling time therefore making it impossible for you to keep your status and go on vacation.

My summary page changed too , I think we were forced into the seller dashboard thing, but if you click on my ebay at the top right next to the bell icon, and then from there put your mouse over the Activity tab on the LEFT side of the page under where it says My Ebay: Summary, you will get some options pop up, click on the Sell option, not the summary option...and you will be back to your normal summary page...took me a while to figure that out but pain in the butt to have to go thru these extra steps..but what can I say, its ebay...good luck!
