I Have send the message to buyer that my order may take some time to deliver it to you is it okay or i can do any thing

If you can't ship it, my kneejerk reaction is to cancel the order citing 'Out of stock/Item no longer available'. You could then try to sell it locally, or offer Local Pickup only. Good luck, however you proceed.

Edit to add: I don't see any 'Sold' items. Doh... is it an item you sold or an item you bought?

if you are going to ship items with a battery its imperative to know the rules for shipping them and the correct carriers.

I ship watches with batteries in them but they are just silver oxide and are not lithium.

some batteries are bigger and just have more mass in them

you could try google for the items you sell

you might look at how the competition is shipping but that does not mean they are doing the right thing
