Multiple items received but buyer says not received all

One  one by buyer bought 5 items(kitchen set ) in 1 transaction  from a variation  i shipped  them in 2 boxees 

Buyer claims she received 2 boxes but i box only had 1 item and rest missing . I know for sure i packed it and the size of the box in really large as it contains 4 items and the item received by the buyer is a small  Canisters SET and box is 10 times bigger than that .Why would i sent such a big box with only 1 item ?  And the messge she is asking to send me some other items on that varition that  she never ordered .  This cleary shows she is not bing honest . But i dont know what  to do .

While the box does look mangled, there's no telling how it got that way. 

If you uploaded your tracking with EBay ... well I was going to say you should be fine, but with the messages I'm seeing lately i'm not so sure of that now.

Is the buyer fishing for a partial refund?

Ask her if perhaps her dog got into the box? Just kidding.

if she files SNAD, you are screwed. Just accept the return. If the box was delivered and left on the side of the house as shown in the pictures, the entirely possible the damage was caused by a thief.

if she opens a case of INAD,she will have to return whatever remains and you pay return shipping and then refund in full.

ask if she would take partial refund or replacement

are they insured?

(or you can try to talk her into reporting theft to the post office)
