Multiple eBay user names- reshipper address

I have multiple eBay user names purchasing the same small dollar item with the same buyer name and a reshipper address.  Why are people purchasing a $1 item to go to a reshipper?

Have found it prudent not to waste time ruminating about anyone's reason for anything.

You have the shipping addresses, so all you need to do is ship.

(And I know you know that.)

My question, if I had one, is how do you make any money listing at $1 with free shipping?

I guess you know your market very well and are confident your things will attract multiple bids.

maybe they are trying to build feedback so they can start selling

I get it but it’s probably not a waste of time because there has to be something more than what meets the eye.  This is a $1 item that is going to a reshipper to be shipped internationally.  With 5+ users buying it going to the same reshipper name and address.  Is this some credit card fraud, or what could be causing this?

$1 cards make money if most purchase multiple items.
