Started today, when creating or editing an item, there are only 3 shipping options available for domestic shipping (but international is fine). I've tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, I use only PC, nothing works.
I can't list anything because the shipping options I need aren't available!
Screenshot are the only options available for domestic, but international is working fine.

Hi there, that sounds so frustrating! It might be a glitch—I’ve seen a few other sellers mentioning similar problems lately. If clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different browser doesn’t help, try reaching out to eBay Customer Service through the eBay.com site or their Facebook page. They should be able to report the issue and follow up for you.

I don't think it has anything to do with the business policies as I don't have them setup or use them. I am above average seller with no issues.
I am able to access the shipping options via the bulk edit tool, but that requires me to list the item and then using the bulk edit tool I can change the shipping there, but if I edit the actual listing the other shipping options don't populate.
