Misuse of returns?

Buyer opened up a return case for a sealed face skin product and said it arrived damaged and doesn’t charge. Item was received April 10th and case has been opened. She has had this for almost 30 days and used it. I can no longer sell the product because it has been opened and used. What do I have to do?

You accept no returns but buyer can still get a refund if they open an INAD.

I am so sorry that this has happened to you. 

As @paradiso*bella*a*venire said, when a buyer opens an item not as described case, they are always going to win.

DO NOT try to fight the claim because if you do, the buyer can escalate the claim after 3 days and eBay will make a final decision (in the buyer's favor), close the case, refund their money AND not require the buyer to have to return it...so in essence, the buyer gets BOTH - your money and your item...DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN.

Accept the return (even though this steams you).  Ebay will automatically generate a prepaid shipping label for the buyer to use to ship it back to you.  the label will have a tracking number on it.

When you accept the return and that label is generated, the buyer IS REQUIRED to ship your item back to you for a refund...no item...no refund.

Do NOT refund until that item is back in your hands.  Many times, when the buyer sees that they have to return the item for a refund, they abandon the claim and they keep the item and you keep your payment.  Let's hope that this will be your outcome.   Plan for the worse, hope for the best.

It is **bleep** because I can’t do anything with it when I receive it back it would just go in the garbage. Do i have an option when i receive back to offer a partial refund?

What is TRS? Sorry haha.
She has already left me positive feedback saying in the comment she wants to return item is damaged. I already have positive feedback so wouldn’t have to worry about that. Thank you for your help.
So if there is an option for partial refund i shouldn’t do that?

Gosh, Ive got all these distractions around me that I had to get rid of...messin up my mojo here 😋

If you have that option  to partially  refund, do that. I didnt see you were Top Rated Seller...they have that option, others dont

Dont forget to block that buyer (so you wont have a repeat of this in the future from them, at least)  and GREAT they gave a Positive! No worries from that now
