I’m trying to return an item but anytime I go to shipping details, like the FAQ says to,there’s no link to shipping label it just gives me an address. In one of categories it says to email return label and I do but it only sends me a packing slip that goes inside not a return label??? How do I view my label? Does it have something to do with Apple products the reason I can’t find it?

I have been on both sides of returns. When I had to do a return, ebay sent me a message and on it was an option to PRINT LABEL. When I clicked on it, there was a shipping label plus a packing slip to include with the package.
Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed? If not, I suggest you do that so that program loads to make your label visible.

Was here looking for an answer to the same thing. Reprinted this label 4 times now with printer, email to me, print to xps and pdf, no matter what I do I keep getting a packing slip and no actual label anywhere. Irritating, and no obvious thing to do about it.

Adobe and SumatraPDF both could only see the 2nd page. Printing to Microsoft Print to PDF also failed.
There is a tempting preview of the label in the eBay page. A tease of sorts. I used ctrl-mouse wheel to zoom in a bit. Then, I scrolled to 4 different, overlapping views of the label. For each view I did a window print (ALt-Print Screen). In Paint I pasted the overlapped views back into a whole label. Then I printed from Paint. What a pain!
Result was blurry a bit, but looks workable.
