An item I ordered and was tracking showed up as delivered but was not in mailbox.a week later it still has not arrived.on tracking where it shows delivered it shows a zip code that is not my zip code. That likely means it was shipped to the wrong address by the seller? Every other item iv checked tracking where it says delivered it shows my zip code. Seller doesn't want to refund wants to let ebay resolve it..I'm not going to get screwed out of money for something I didn't receive am I?

Since it shows delivered, you have to contact an eBay agent.
Go to bottom of page. That is a contact us link there.

Have you opened up an Item Not Received case yet?
If not, do it now and you'll probably have to contact CS to have them look at the tracking details showing it was delivered to a different zip code.
