SO here is the scoop. I sold a wireless working microphone and receiver to someone on ebay March 3. It was delivered March 9th. So over 30 days ago. First, Not even intentionally...but I do have no returns in my ebay profile. Now, over 30 days later I got a return request from the buyer for this microphone saying it works fine but my speaker blew up and made loud popping when I turn it off. I used it for years never had a single issue so I wasn't misleading the buyer. I declined the return request because this is nonsense and also was delivered March 9th! Like why wait that long if something really was wrong. My paypal funds are on hold which is upsetting me because now 130 in the negative. Is this buyer able to open an additional case since this is over 30 days? I'm just upset because I feel like I'm getting taken for a ride. If something was wrong why wait this long. Now i'm in fear of loosing my money and a microphone.

Since it's been over 30 days, you can deny the return on Ebay, but they can go to Pay Pal and file a claim for 180 days.

Or file a charge-back on their credit card.
(But, a lot of buyers don't know about these two avenues of getting their money back).

Makes me feel a little better. I'm very upset of this whole thing. I try to be as honest as I can and rarely even use ebay anymore because of this nonsense. The Mics worked perfectly fine. I am a wedding DJ and have done hundreds of ceremonies with them without any issues. All of the sudden 36 days after getting them this man claims I ruined his speaker horn with them...SMH Its not the time for this nonsense.
Thank you for your feedback made me fee a little better.
