You can contact the seller through your purchase history however, there is nothing that they can do if the item is already in the mail system.  The delivery date is only an estimate and as the USPS is quite busy and slow right now so it would be best to wait a little while longer.    eBay's money back guarantee does allow you to file an item not received claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so you do have a lot of time before you absolutely have to file the claim.

Most likely you are a victim of a true ebay scam where the ebay system tells buyers when to expect their package. Those dates are not true or reflective of the current state of USPS delivery times. So if sent USPS in the US there is a delay from approx. 1 -21 days now. It might be around 4-10 days if all goes well. Thank you for your patience for every hard working ebay seller.

This is a community discussion board.  Unless your seller actively participates in discussions they will not see your message.  You need to contact your seller through the purchase page.  That said if your purchase  was shipped with USPS it may very well be delayed as the carriers have been having delivery delays due to the high volume of package shipping.  You do have 30 days from the estimated delivery  to open a claim.  You can also use the tracking number to locate your package and see the current shipping status.  The delivery dates that eBay shows the buyers is only an estimate, and does not reflect any guarantee.  You purchased from an established seller and I would expect that you will receive your headlights.  You just need to give it more time.  If you have any problems eBay has the Money Back Guarantee and you can come back here for help if it doesn't arrive  shortly or isn't what you needed.

I wouldn't have used the word "scam" as this is a new buyer and they may not understand that you are making a sarcastic remark about the estimated delivery dates eBay shows to buyers.  I think it best to refrain from using that word unless it's actually a real scam where it appears that someone is being ripped off by another party.

I pretty much meant it. No doubt myself and many many other sellers feel scammed by ebay during Covidmas. It felt nasty, dirty and unethical what they have done the sellers. Scam fits it to me.

You do as you see fit but dont try to tame my honest and true words.
