9.29.17 bought a Samsung memory card 250GB, it turned out to be defective, losing files. what do I do to return or exchange?

If its been 30 days after the date of delivery go to the resolution center and file a not as described case. If its been later go to paypal you have to pay for the reurt there and depending on where it is, it can be pricy to return for refund
