I have sold books on ebay for several years. I have pretty much had an ok time of it. Most booksellers use media mail, as do music and dvd sellers. Recently I became aware that the USPS office is not moving media mail forward. Since December 1, I have had all of my packages stuck at a sorting facility, none of them have moved since the 2nd scan. I have used various P.O locations to be sure it was not a local issue. Ebay is aware of the problem. I decided to put my store on Away until December 27, as I can see this is going to be a nightmare. Apparently,since changing from Vacation to Away, you can no longer put up your own message. Here is the message Ebay has put up for me: "This seller is away until Mon, Dec 28. Expect a delay in delivery until they return." They are attempting to put the blame on me and not themselves or the P.O.. I have repeatedly called to have it removed. Nobody will remove it. What to do? Any suggestions?
