Media Mail not on shipping options?

As of last night, Media Mail does not appear as an option on the drop-down list for shipping items.  It was there a few days ago.  Anyone know if this is a new policy, or did it get left out by mistake? I don't find anything on the USPS website about the rate being discontinued. 

I doubt anyone will buy most of the inexpensive books I have offered if they have to pay parcel post or Priority rates.

I wonder if eBay left it off for now just because it would be too slow for Christmas delivery.  But I'm not listing items likely to be bought as gifts!

Media Mail doesn't show up in the drop-down menu for shipping options if the other drop-down menu, for "Package type," is set to "Large envelope" rather than "Package/thick envelope." So perhaps the eBay gremlins have changed that on your listing form.

That would be it, thanks! Somehow, all of my last entry settings were deleted, perhaps because I started to list before logging in, and I didn't notice the large envelope setting.
