May Have to Neg Seller with 100% Feedback

 

I bid and won an auction from a seller last Wednesday.  I paid immediately, and the payment has since cleared through Paypal, but I have not heard from the seller at all.   After waiting a couple of days, I sent her two messages back to back through the eBay messaging system, and I've still received no response.   Sure--famine, flood, illness, death, or whatever prevents sellers from responding--I get it; however, it's possible, but not probable.  

 

I'm supposed to receive the item by Wednesday, the 28th.   I assume, as a last resort, if I don't receive a response to my messages or receive the item in the mail by Wednesday, I could request her personal information and call her to see what's going on.  I  hate to have to mess up her 100% positve feedback with a neg (and she could more than likely neg me in retaliation, even though I paid her promptly), but I feel I will have no other choice if the situation doesn't change.
