Marked wrong item as shipped now I can't print a label.

I cannot ship the item because I don't have the buyers info. Once I accidently clicked marked a shipped, eBay blocks me from sending it because I don't have the users information. How many others have had this same problem yet eBay lets us all stub our toes and leaves us no way to fix it. eBay is embarrassing isn't it? So does anyone know what I can do? All I can think of is cancel the sale and relist it - ask the buyer to buy it again. What a waste of our time. Thank eBay for another maze we have to find our way out of.

Open up the order details menu for that order, and select "Mark not shipped"

You can also go to your "shipped" items. Find the item and from the drop down on the left side click "print another label and then just print the label.
