So I recently started a listing for a digital code for xbox, and when someone purshases it i'll send the digital code through ebay messages and i'll mark the order as shipped.
but the customer already got the product/code
And when i go to payments, my funds are on hold till dec 11, 2023
So when it's dec 11, 2023 what will happen to my money thats on hold?
Will i be able to payout?

Have you read the digital item policy?

@Anonymous
Without shipping a physical item with tracking, you have no protection against an Item Not Received case, should the buyer open one.
As already brought up, read eBay’s policy on digital items.
Then go to the XBOX user agreement to clarify anything eBay didn’t cover in their policy.

@Anonymous
I don't expect that you'll receive a payout that quickly. Here's a link that may help you. Payments on hold | eBay
Afterthought... you did sign up for Managed Payments, right? 🤔

30+ days on hold for payments if you haven't sold anything in a month.
And need to be in "managed payment" with a banking account number.
Plus a social security number submitted.
