I no longer can figure out how to Mark the item shipped Or input the tracking number

order page and the small down arrow, click on that for more options: or go to order detail page and do it from there.

Steps...

Seller Hub - Orders (All Orders) - Click on the drop down menu on the left side of your sold item - Mark As Shipped (Update tracking is in the same interface)

New info if your eBay account pages do not have a Seller Hub or even an Order tab [Mine do not]-- I go to My eBay, then select Sold tab. Select the item listed under Sold which you wish to add tracking. On the right side is a tab that says Edit Tracking. Click that. A page will pop up which says Add or Edit Tracking Numbers.  There will be boxes there where you can enter the Tracking number and the Carrier you used. Once that is done, eBay should do the Tracking for you.
