Managing shipping labels.

I currently am facing an issue. There was an issue with shipping and packing my product, so I had to cancel my order. I currently noticed that the shipping labels took up the money required to give my customer a full refund, so I asked for them to be voided. My question is, once the labels are voided, does the money go back to the money being processed in my account?

If there's not enough in your eBay account, the buyer's refund will come from your backup payment source (bank or credit card).

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided USPS label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
