Managed Payments are the worst

Hello Ebay community... I just want to talk a little about managed payments so far and have a question. Most importantly spreading awareness about managed payments in order for it to eventually be a more sufficient and well oiled machine. 

I was switched to managed payments last year around late November. My payouts werent going thru and kept on getting denied after the day ebay had a huge issue which was December 2nd. Some may know some may not... Id assume most sellers remember this day! Long story short it took ebay 30+ days to delete my banking account info so I could add another one for my payouts to finally be transferred. It hurt my small store very badly! I truly dislike managed payments and cant be the only 1. But im open to the idea. The problem is it needs more time to work better. So now my issue is...

Say I sold an item and get payed. That money goes into either transactions and then available funds, or directly into available funds, cutting out paypal. I choose for daily payouts, it took me a day or so to finslly buy a label and ship the item. I chose to pay for my labels with my managed payment funds. Note I have 2 forms of payment banking info as well as a payout bank account. So the money in my ebay account is sent to my bank account. I goto buy a shipping label and cannot because I have no money in my ebay account!? Hmmmmmmm....

Would appreciate to here what anyone has to say. How is your experience with managed payments and ebay in general lately. They have been a nightmare and I have always supported them over Amazon and other. Thanks for your time. Dabbz

@dabbz.shop   What I would suggest is that you type in "Managed Payments" in the big blue  search window at the top of the page ... there are many threads on the subject, I mean"many" ... they started the program like 2 yeas ago ... and  they aren't taking and suggestions.

You were not specific so I cannot help you.  I like managed payments.  I get money every day  and nothing has had any issues.

Plus I don't have to pay eBay for fees and PayPal for frees and not get my money, if anything is left, for a week or more.

Smooth sailing. Payout once a week like clockwork - payment sent to my CU in the AM on Tuesday, deposited and credited into my checking account no later than midnight the same day.  Shipping labels come from my funds, fees are already debited.  The only thing I have to "pay" for is my store subscription. (Wish we could pay that out of our funds! )

Same, I've only been in it for a week and already I love it. No more having to keep money in my PayPal to pay FVFs (and then having to either pay those FVFs on a regular basis or get a huge bill at the end of the month), no more having to go log in to PayPal and manually transfer my money into my account. It's made things about ten times more efficient for me.

Same here except my funds usually clear the bank and are available the Wed. morning. It's much more streamlined. I was dragging my feet for months about it but now I wish I'd switched sooner. There's less to worry about like always making those payments for fees...

Switced over in november of last year as well.  I just added my personal banking while i researched a seperate free checking/saving account. I found a totally free account with credit karma that has a debit card also. the savings pays interest at a higher rate also. i transfer a portion over to savings to cover incidentals for purchasing supplies etc....   the only thing i have not changed over just yet is when purchasing a shipping label its still comes out of my personal account. that because its charging thru pay pal for the label so i have to delete my personal account for that. i will do this shortly. but  so far it was a easy transition over with the exception of not getting the instant payment as before its now 2 days later. i heard of some horror stories and very little help for them good luck
